"What has the future in store for this strange being, born of a breath, of perishable tissue, yet Immortal, with his powers fearful and Divine? What magic will be wrought by him in the end? What is to be his greatest deed, his crowning achievement?"

Theosophy asserts a principle, called the "Absolute", that is so abstract and so ultimate that it is beyond all attributes that might describe it. From this Absolute, arise or emanate multiple universes. This Absolute corresponds notably to the Hindu Brahma, or Parabrahm, that is fundamental to Vedanta and to Ainsoph in the Kabala. Now some physicists are driven to describe a "vacuum" or "nothing" out of which arise multiple universes.

"The universe consists solely of waves of motion." relates Walter Russell in chapter 31 of A New Concept of the Universe. Another way of saying this is: "There exists nothing other than vibration." In Russell's statement lies the base for his next blast at orthodoxy's belief in a material universe: "Any theory which cannot find a fitting place within the wave has no other place for it in Nature."

"The country around the Amazon River between twelve and fourteen thousand years ago was at an altitude of around five thousand feet and was semi-tropical, all this was changed during the last cataclysm around twelve thousand years ago. This action submerged the cities there, widened the mouth of the Amazon and changed the east and west coast lines of the continent. A marvelous civilization had existed there with Casimir Poseidon as the ruler.

"Meru was the name of the South American continent. It was named after Lord Meru Whose Focus is near Lake Titicaca. This civilization and that on Atlantis, had power boxes in which was generated their power from the Universal Light. These civilizations, and also the one on Mu, had airships which far transcended anything we have today."

"Matter is purely made out of electrons, which are standing wave systems constantly radiating spherical waves all around. All forces are transmitted by those waves, and the result is motion as a result of the radiation pressure. Scientists usually speak about quantum mechanics because matter always behaves according to Max Planck's constant. Above all, matter behaves according to wave properties, and so its mechanics is nothing else but wave mechanics."

Saint Germain spoke of the South American civilization where the Amazon now is, and which was ruled by Casimir Poseidon between twelve and fourteen thousand years ago.

Saint Germain said: "Casimir Poseidon was a direct descendant of the Mighty Ascended Master Rulers of Atlantis. In fact, the civilization over which he ruled was a child of the Atlantean culture and attainment. His capital city was famous throughout the world for its mag­nificence and beauty.

"These people were in di­rect contact with all parts of the world, through mar­velous aerial navigation that had been brought forth for their use. All light, heat and power were taken directly from the atmosphere. Atlantis, during this period, was in a wonderful state of progress because she had been governed and shown the way to Per­fection, by various Ascended Masters appearing from time to time and ruling for the spiritual uplift of the people.

"Again and again all the way down the ages, when­ever a great civilization has arisen it has been founded on Spiritual Principles in the beginning, and main­tained obedience to those Laws of Life during the time of its ascendency. However, the moment any government or the people themselves begin to drift into lax ways, so that injustice and the unclean use of Life become habits, either of officials or the people, disintegration begins and continues until they either return to the Fundamental Laws of Balance and Pu­rity, or are wiped out by their own discord, that the Balance may be re-established and a new start given."

H. P. Blavatsky's comments on the nature of light appear to reveal an insight that is decades ahead of the physicists of her day, showing a foreknowledge of the wave/particle duality of light, one of the important elements in the quantum mechanics of the twentieth century. She heads a section of her Secret Doctrine as "AND CAN IT BE THAT LIGHT IS ALSO SUBSTANCE?". To ask such a question was quite contrary to the established science of her day and quite compatible with the science of this century. This article reviews the history of scientific thinking on this subject to give necessary perspective and then analyses her statements on this issue in detail in an attempt to ferret out exactly what she thinks.

Nikola Tesla: "Ere many generations pass, our machinery will be driven by a power obtainable at any point in the universe. This idea is not novel . . . We find it in the delightful myth of Antheus, who derives power from the earth; we find it among the subtle speculations of one of your splendid mathematicians . . . Throughout space there is energy. Is this energy static or kinetic? If static our hopes are in vain; if kinetic - and this we know it is, for certain - then it is a mere question of time when men will succeed in attaching their machinery to the very wheelwork of nature."

"Question number one. Does or does not magnetics (charged particles) affect humans? Question number two. Does or does not magnetics (charged particles) affect earth changes? The answer to both is of course - yes."

In speaking to Godfre about an "electronic force" that "is of a higher, finer electricity than that known" to today's scientists, Saint Germain said:

"Some day, even your men of science will stumble upon it and realize it has always existed in the atmosphere but they have not known how to direct and control it for the service of mankind. It is much more easily directed by the mind, than by physical apparatus of any kind, yet it can be drawn and controlled through mechanical means. That which the outer world knows as electricity is but a crude form of the Great Spiritual Energy of Life. It exists throughout Creation. As man raises and keeps his consciousness in contact with his Inner God Self, he will become aware of the gigantic possibilities in the use of this higher power and force. Its service to him is Infinite in the creative work that he can do in all phases of activity."

"Vacuum" is what we usually think of as the empty space left after all the air is removed. However, in modern physics it is well known that space is not such an "emptiness" at all. Instead, it is filled with energetic particles that appear and disappear with extraordinary speed. Hence, "the vacuum" in physics is more like a seething cauldron, boiling fiercely. The energy density of this boiling is so great that it literally boggles one's mind.

A bit of "empty space" the size of a sugar cube contains enough "seething electromagnetic energy" to power all the electrical loads on earth for millions of years. Obviously, if we can extract just a tiny fraction of this energy in electromagnetic form we can use it to power our loads for free - or nearly so. We need only power the "gating" or "switching" of the flowing energy, and thus cause a great deal of work to be performed, even though we ourselves input little or no energy.

" . . . And what if those natural resources should dry up or go through major change? Such signs are already showing to be true. Have you considered that it is because there might be new ways for the mankind of Earth to receive their energy? Have you considered that perhaps it is time to move from the era of carbon-based fuels or so called nuclear energy, into a new era of understanding how to work directly with the Light of God? Earthly energy sources are still in the dark ages compared to what they will become during the reign of the Golden Age! . . . "

In most scientific journals a description of the Sun and a description of the Earth may go something like what you will see in the introductory chapter of the book. The Sun-Earth connection is not a new theory. It has long been known there is some method of relation between what happens on the Sun, and its slow methodical effect in the way of climate on Earth . . .
